The (harmonised) unemployment rate is the number of people unemployed as a percentage of the labor force. The datasset contains monthly data.
"Access to Broadband - Enterprises" refers to the access to and use of broadband internet in enterprises (as a percentage of enterprises). Broadband access is either fixed or mobile.
